Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Performing credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications.
  • Following up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards.
  • Verifying information provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details.
  • Performing additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role (previous experience is a plus).
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to support a work-from-home setup.
  • Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
