Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing child support payments in the SDU system according to Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Performing additional duties as assigned, which may include data analysis, research, and organization.
- Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures, staying up-to-date on changes and updates.
- Collecting, researching, organizing, and analyzing data as needed, utilizing your attention to detail and analytical skills.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field.
- Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad navigation.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy to interact with colleagues and clients.
