Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the medical field outside of a clinical setting, with the flexibility of a work-from-home position.
Responsibilities
* Address inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
* Use active listening and basic medical terminology to assist customers effectively.
* Handle technical issues and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.

* 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.

Work Schedule
