Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This position is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, are detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure accuracy and quality of work
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's systems, processes, and policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and quality control

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 60 plus WPM
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Schedule
