Job Overview
As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. This is a remote position, and you'll be required to be located in Alaska. If you're a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
- Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet project goals and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Qualifications
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- Tech experience is strongly preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of at least 50 wpm
