Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Analytics Data Entry Specialist to join our Investigation Group, which leads account-level knowledge for Southwest Business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting account managers with data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive increased revenue. Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Analytics Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from various sources, including but not limited to, Record Directors, Salesforce, and Southwest Data sets.
• Data Verification: Research and confirm the accuracy of external data sources.
• Data Cleaning and Organization: Clean and design data to ensure it is in a format that is compatible with our systems.
• Supporting Account Managers: Assist account managers in meeting their requests and needs.
• Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage tasks.
• Special Projects and Research: Participate in ad-hoc projects and research demands.
• Reporting and Recommendations: Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions or initiatives.
• Presentation of Results: Develop presentations with scientific outcomes for various levels of management.

Essential Qualifications
