Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative on our Global Customer Support Team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support to our subscribers worldwide, via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving complex customer issues, both technical and non-technical, in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert advice to customers
- Working closely with our content team to ensure that customer support content is accurate, up-to-date, and meets customer needs
- Analyzing customer feedback and using insights to drive process improvements and product enhancements
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Business, Computer Science)
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
