Position Summary

We are currently providing virtual training and the option to work full-time from home in select states. As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician & Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that is reflective of arenaflex's purpose and values. You will serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. Your exceptional communication skills, collaboration abilities, and passion for delivering outstanding customer service will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a timely and proficient manner, upholding arenaflex's goals of delivery through the execution of our purpose and values.

  • Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner.
  • Partner with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience for our customers.
  • Utilize advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications, to efficiently process and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date on company procedures, policies, and products to provide accurate and informed responses to customer questions.

Required Qualifications

* Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance.

  • Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery.

  • Bilingual Spanish.

Education

* Verifiable High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
