Key Responsibilities:
As a part-time data entry specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry
- Selecting, packing, and shipping orders in a timely manner, meeting customer expectations
- Utilizing scanners to read bar codes on products, maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Troubleshooting problems and ensuring product quality meets arenaflex's high standards
- Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
- Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-1 year of experience in data entry or a related field; willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware, including scanners and printers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment
