Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals about requests for information on medication and benefits.
- Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner or escalating to the appropriate team member.
- Adhering to and reinforcing arenaflex and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA.
- Providing exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds arenaflex's high standards.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the healthcare sector.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or team lead.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and other tools used in a remote contact center environment.
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:
- Call center experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages.
- Work from home (remote) experience, with a strong understanding of remote work best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
