Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Insurance Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls from clients who have filed a claim
  • Conducting a simple intake questionnaire to gather essential information
  • Creating a new record for each claimant in our system
  • Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed
  • Providing clear and concise communication over the phone to clients
  • Assisting with basic administrative support tasks as needed
  • Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a call center customer service representative, front desk receptionist, or client intake specialist in a professional office setting
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications
