Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies and driving patient well-being results. You will execute patient intervention pharmacy programs and ensure consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You will also be responsible for executing against designated partner established pharmacy programs, driving pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient well-being results. You will work remotely, handling prescription processing and cultivating strong relationships with clinical networks in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.

  • Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met.
  • Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and executing changes.
  • Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines.
  • Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to organization financial objectives.
  • Execute and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance.
  • Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, e.g., vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
  • Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership.
  • Uphold staff training experiences and advancement opportunities.
  • Advance collaboration and inspires pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organization strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Essential Qualifications

* Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority.

  • Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues.
  • Experience working with confidential information.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates.
  • Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

* Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary.

  • Knowledge of insurance plans.
  • Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radius, Commitment, and Plus.
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a chart, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets).
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show).
  • Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and paragraph width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or printing capabilities).
