As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our Swedish customers, providing support through phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll have a clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional support experiences to our Swedish customers through phone, chat, and email
  • Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
  • Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evenings and weekends
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

We're looking for talented individuals with the following qualifications and strengths:

Minimum age:

18 years old

Right to work in the Netherlands:

You must have the right to work in the Netherlands and be able to provide documentation to support this

Strong communication skills in Swedish:

You must have excellent written and oral fluency in Swedish, as well as basic communication skills in English

Experience working with a computer:

You should have experience working with a computer and be comfortable using a variety of software applications

Availability to work varying shifts:

You must be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm

Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts:

You should be willing and able to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required

Initial four weeks availability for full-time training:

You must be available for full-time training for the first four weeks of your employment

Quiet, distraction-free workspace:

You'll need a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair

Technical requirements:

You'll need a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

What We Offer

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll receive:

Competitive pay rate:

€15.50 per hour, plus up to €800 relocation allowance (for overseas applicants only)

Salary increase after 6 months tenure:

You'll receive a salary increase after 6 months of tenure
