What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
• Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide exceptional service
• Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while providing solutions and support to customers
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed support to customers

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and think critically to provide solutions
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
• Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or healthcare environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
