Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This will include data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, following up on missing information to process claims, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from systems with claims information. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims
  • Review invoices for accuracy
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service or data entry

  • Knowledge of claims management systems and processes
  • Certification in customer service or data entry
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
