Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related calls. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer service, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and effective way
  • Processing new sales and service-related calls, including data entry and administrative tasks
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and service levels

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
