Job Summary

We're seeking experienced chat operators to join our team and provide top-notch support to our automotive dealer clients. As a chat operator, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Engage in live chat conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
• Use your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers, turning conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients
• Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's best practices
• Work from home, using your own computer or laptop, webcam, microphone, and external mouse to ensure a seamless and distraction-free experience

Requirements

* Must live within the state of Kansas

• Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
• Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
• Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position
• Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
• Gaming experience is preferred

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
• Strong typing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed the required WPM standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the gaming industry, with a focus on customer engagement and community building

• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Certification in customer service or a related field, such as customer experience or sales
