Experienced Data Entry & Reporting Specialist – Web & Cloud Application Development

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry & Reporting Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing accurate data entry for multiple clients to ensure records are maintained to the highest standard.
• Running and generating reports as required, ensuring data integrity and adherence to established reporting formats.
• Supporting the account management team by providing timely and accurate information for client accounts.
• Communicating with franchisees or corporate contacts when needed to confirm details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistent data quality.
• Conducting regular data cleanup tasks to maintain database accuracy and reliability.
• Identifying data inconsistencies and taking corrective action to improve data quality.
• Providing general administrative support as needed within the account management team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ years of proven experience in data entry or a related field, preferably in a client-focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools; experience with data management software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Data Entry & Reporting Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

• Expected base salary range: $24.10 – $31.25 per hour or $50,000 – $65,000 annualized base salary; plus benefits.
• Total starting compensation will be determined based on all lawful criteria, company policy, and best practices.
• Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.
• Health Benefits: All full-time, regular employees and their dependents are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits. • Holidays: The company observes ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year.
