Experienced Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative (Hybrid) – Powersports Loan Servicing

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our Roadrunner's Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. This is a tremendous opportunity to partner with us to build a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of powersports loans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan.
- Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve common customer concerns.
- Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channel, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus.
- Preferably two years of customer service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. Collection experience is a plus.
- Requires a minimum of 2 years related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems (LoanPro) – training provided.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively through phone and online chat channels. Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude, with the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays. Honest with a strong work ethic, unscheduled absences are rare, and punctuality is essential.
