Experienced Application Administrator – Entry Level Position for arenaflex

We are now seeking an experienced Application Administrator to join our team. As an Application Administrator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting the divisions by performing entry-level application administration tasks. Job Summary:

As an Application Administrator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing entry-level application administration tasks, including:

  • Manually building organizations and users in our new application, Link
  • Providing excellent customer service to end-users, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Working closely with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials
  • Assisting with the migration of organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components from our old application to Link
  • Providing support to the divisions during their designated shift, which may include working from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, or 11AM-8PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

* Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (u003E40 wpm)

  • Excellent command of the English language (bilingual, English and Spanish, a plus)
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

Essential Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (u003E40 wpm)
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience

  • Bilingual, English and Spanish
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
