Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to help our clients' customers make informed decisions
* Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, helping our clients to generate revenue and grow their business
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our clients have the data they need to follow up with customers
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights to help our clients improve their customer service
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the automotive industry
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns, providing a positive and professional experience for our clients' customers
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* A strong understanding of the importance of great customer service and a passion for technology
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
* Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
* Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
* Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
* Be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
