Key Responsibilities As a Principal Product Manager - Technical, you will be responsible for: * Managing a significant P&L, inspecting both inputs and outputs to achieve financial goals * Defining a world-class online customer experience for arenaflex devices; writing working backwards docs to succinctly capture the envisioned customer benefit and functional requirements * Leading discussion and thinking with the highest-level stakeholders to push into testing new ideas * Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time * Providing thought leadership with engineering on implementation * Role is global in nature and will work with teams in other geographies Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: * 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience * Bachelor's degree * Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product * Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition * Experience with end-to-end product delivery * Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product * Experience technical product management Desirable Skills and Competencies * Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements * Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement * Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization * Adept at working with engineering teams to synthesize a variety of technologies and capabilities into products and applications that customers love What We Offer As a Principal Product Manager - Technical at arenaflex, you will enjoy: * A competitive base salary ranging from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market * Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package * A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers About the Team Our team is the technical arm of the Devices Online Sales and Marketing group. Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
