Job Summary
As a Process Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You'll work closely with our business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work at all levels will be essential in achieving process goals and translating arenaflex's core values into everyday practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Audit operations teams' and system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Suggest and implement process/system improvements to drive operational excellence
- Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Track and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes
- Interact with business, automation, and technology teams to drive process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve process goals and objectives
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform process improvements
- Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)
- 1-2 years of experience in a process improvement or quality assurance role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)
- 2-3 years of experience in a process improvement or quality assurance role
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in a related field (e.g., Six Sigma, Quality Assurance)
