What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the difference between a customer’s experience being just average or an exceptional one. You will:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues, demonstrating a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind
  • Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge to customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
  • Utilize computer experience to navigate our systems and tools, ensuring efficient and effective communication with customers

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge, ensuring a deep understanding of our offerings
  • Computer experience, with a high-speed internet connection (>25mbps) to ensure seamless communication with customers
  • A caring and supportive nature, with a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind
