Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Client Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats with clients, providing personalized support and guidance to meet their needs
  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and suggesting relevant arenaflex products and services
  • Providing elevated levels of product and service knowledge, communicating key features, benefits, and components of arenaflex's Private Business Services
  • Enhancing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals
  • Providing exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized customer service environment
  • Maintaining accurate records and data, adhering to established procedures and protocols
  • Demonstrating integrity and compliance with all regulatory and consistency rules related to sales and customer service practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of two years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in a customer care and sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the capacity to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in an electronic climate
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
