Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Aetna Medicaid members and providers. Your primary duties will include:
- Answering inbound calls: You'll respond to calls from members and providers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing information and assistance: You'll provide accurate and helpful information to our customers, including benefits, eligibility, services, and prior authorization requirements.
- Resolving issues: You'll work to resolve any issues or concerns that our customers may have, and you'll provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintaining accurate records: You'll keep accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent GED to be considered for this position.
- Ability to communicate effectively: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with our customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong customer service skills: You'll need to have excellent customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work from home: You'll need to be able to work from home and be self-sufficient, with high-speed internet connectivity and a secure service via ethernet cable.
- Ability to commute to the office: You'll need to be able to commute to the office in Linthicum, MD when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Experience working remotely in a call center setting: If you have experience working remotely in a call center setting, you'll be well-suited for this role.
- Experience with Medicaid and Medicare: If you have experience working with Medicaid and Medicare, you'll be able to provide more effective support to our customers.
Education
We require a high school diploma or equivalent GED for this position.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
