Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing an effortless experience to our existing policyholders, third parties, and agents regarding insurance questions, inquiries, or concerns. Your primary role will involve handling a variety of inbound telephone calls, promoting digital self-service capabilities, and taking ownership to ensure that we go above and beyond to service each caller's needs.
Responsibilities
* Promote digital self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience
- Take ownership to ensure that we go above and beyond to service each caller's needs, utilizing every touch point as an opportunity to build value and the arenaflex brand
- Assist customers over the phone, providing empathetic and effective communication
- Learn and understand insurance products and processes in the training environment
- Commit to the training and work schedule, with a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
Qualifications
* A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced complex environment while navigating multiple programs
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Spanish bilingual a plus

Compensation and Benefits
* Base pay: $22 per hour with the opportunity for growth
- Annualized base pay range: $40,685 - $61,027
