Job Summary

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns, and providing personalized support to our customers. Through your skills and knowledge, you'll empower our customers to make informed decisions about their healthcare and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide personalized support to customers, addressing questions and concerns related to pharmacy benefit plans
  • Empower customers to make informed decisions about their healthcare by providing clear and concise information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work from home with flexibility to adjust your schedule to meet the needs of our customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or higher in a related field

  • Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory compliance
