Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Customer Excellence organization and support full-cycle hiring across all levels of our team. As a Recruiter at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to making job offers and onboarding new hires. You'll work closely with hiring managers and teams to understand their needs and preferences, and develop a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on all levels of the Customer Excellence organization
- Partner with and advise hiring managers and hiring teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience
- Develop a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management
- Participate in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events
- Lead or contribute to multiple internal arenaflex projects to drive business growth and success
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Customer Excellence Recruiting
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles
- Success in hiring evergreen and single-threaded roles
- Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
- Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships
- Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
- Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a cloud-based or software-as-a-service (SaaS) company
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and practices
- Certification in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to inform recruitment strategies and decisions
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
