Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet our clients' expectations
- Providing in-depth information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of customer preferences and pain points
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
To join our team, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
- Possess basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Showcase a positive and professional demeanor
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work in a quick-paced environment
