What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
As a UNiD Customer Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing and updating surgical schedules, collaborating with hospital staff, sales representatives, and consultants to design patient-specific implants, and collecting patient radiographic images from various sources. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and updating surgical schedules to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations - Collaborating with hospital staff, sales representatives, and consultants to design patient-specific implants, leveraging your expertise in medical case management and research coordination - Collecting patient radiographic images from various sources, ensuring timely and accurate data collection - Relaying case information to engineers in a timely manner, facilitating effective communication and collaboration - Clinic, hospital, and patient account management, including scheduling and implant verification, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
To succeed in this role, you'll need: - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, medical technology, or a related discipline - A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in medical case management, research coordination, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience - 2+ years of medical case management experience, with a strong understanding of medical technology and healthcare solutions - Experience as a surgical scheduler, with a proven track record of managing complex schedules and ensuring efficient hospital operations - Experience as a research coordinator, with a strong understanding of research methods and data collection
