Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to telephone inquiries from customers regarding various topics, including promotions, eligibility requirements, and billing questions
- Troubleshooting issues related to self-registration, standalone toll-free calls, and out-of-franchise long-distance service
- Providing a positive customer experience by empathizing with customers and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Managing incoming calls and working on a computer to process and troubleshoot transactions simultaneously
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as necessary

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a GED or High School Diploma
- Be legally permitted to work in the United States
Essential Qualifications
