Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in arenaflex's products and services through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image through all interactions
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team as needed
  • Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required
  • Working from home in a remote setting, requiring strong self-motivation and discipline

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online setting
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility in working with different personalities and situations
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
