As a Virtual Team Lead Development Program participant, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, leadership, and management. Responsibilities
As a Virtual Team Lead Development Program participant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Booking appointments with clients to discuss their coverage options and provide personalized recommendations
