Job Summary

As a Virtual Team Lead Development Program participant, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, leadership, and management. You'll work closely with our management team to stay updated on new products, services, and policies, and engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner. With full training provided and a flexible schedule, you'll be able to work from home and balance your work and personal life with ease.

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Team Lead Development Program participant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Booking appointments with clients to discuss their coverage options and provide personalized recommendations
  • Collaborating with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns and providing support and solutions
  • Offering exceptional customer service and support in accordance with arenaflex's customer service policies
  • Participating in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working closely with management teams to develop and implement effective strategies for customer engagement and retention

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A working computer with a camera for Zoom
