Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information regarding our products, services, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolving customer complaints, issues, or concerns efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Assisting customers with order tracking, billing inquiries, returns, and other general queries, using your problem-solving skills to find solutions.
  • Utilizing CRM software to document conversations and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and offering additional assistance when necessary, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborating with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve complex issues, showcasing your ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies, staying ahead of the curve in our rapidly evolving industry.
  • Adhering to arenaflex protocols, maintaining high standards of customer service, and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction, etc.).

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
