Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safe, customer-focused, and profitable operations at our assigned store location. Your responsibilities will include cash handling, facility maintenance, inventory security, and adherence to company policies. You'll work closely with our Store Manager to provide exceptional customer service, foster customer relationships, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Essential Job Functions
* Professional Representation: Provide a professional and welcoming representation of arenaflex to customers and stakeholders, embodying our brand values of efficiency, integrity, and customer focus.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with product purchases, promotions, and handling complaints effectively, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory, including vendor check-in and pricing policies, to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
- Cash Handling: Operate transactional equipment and adhere to cash handling procedures, maintaining the security and integrity of our cash registers.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and equipment, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
- Training and Development: Assist in training new team members and participate in required training sessions and meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and adhere to security controls and legal regulations.
Job Qualifications
* Age Requirement: 18 years old (minimum)
- Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English communication (verbal and written)
- Basic Arithmetic Skills: Basic arithmetic skills, including the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register
- Physical Capability: Physical capability to perform assigned tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility: Flexibility in working varying shifts, including overnight and holidays
- Authorization to Work: Authorization to work in the United States
