Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing superb customer service and a welcoming environment to all patients seeking services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing patients for their appointment by obtaining photo identification, signature of various consent forms, and associated arenaflex paperwork required for visit.
  • Ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the clinic by coordinating patient schedules, managing wait times, and communicating effectively with patients and staff.
  • Maintaining and coordinating patient schedules for various providers and clinical staff, ensuring that all appointments are scheduled and managed efficiently.
  • Fielding incoming phone calls and emails through shared authorization email inbox, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting and preparing employer paperwork for the clinical staff, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting with covering at other locations as necessary, providing support and coverage to ensure seamless patient care and services.
  • Assisting with tasks as directed by management, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the team.

Skills and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally, ensuring that patients and staff receive accurate and timely information.
  • Demonstrates personal responsibility, integrity, and ability to handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in a manner consistent with HIPAA, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to multi-task, managing multiple priorities and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, following arenaflex protocols and procedures to ensure seamless patient care and services.
  • Demonstrates basic computer skills with Windows, Microsoft Office programs, arenaflex HER, and other software as needed, ensuring efficient and effective use of technology to support patient care and services.

Experience and Education

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Completed employer required trainings in a timely manner, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Relevant experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and services.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
