Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth package delivery
• Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely updates
• Collaborating with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
• Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes

Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Care Associate, you will need:
