Job Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant, your responsibilities will vary depending on the department you're assigned to. Some of your key tasks may include:
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls to the appropriate person
- Taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to voicemail when necessary
- Logging phone calls and documents into our online document management system
- Assisting office staff with clerical duties, such as faxing, copying, and organizing/maintaining files
- Maintaining frequent communication with clients and answering their questions
- Obtaining insurance coverage information in a timely manner
- Following up with medical treatments and ensuring proper care
- Obtaining medical provider records and bills
- Communicating with insurance companies on treatment status and updating adjuster information on the system
Job Qualifications and Required Skills
To succeed as a Virtual Assistant, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Punctuality and a commitment to work overtime on occasion
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Self-starter and multi-tasker with the ability to work independently
- Computer requirements: Core I5 or above, 12 GB of Ram, at least Windows 10 installed
- USB noise-cancelling headsets
- Webcam for daily meetings and huddles
- Internet speed: 35Mbps Download and 15Mbps Upload
Compensation and Benefits
As a Virtual Assistant, you'll enjoy the following compensation and benefits:
- Monthly payments of $1000, plus $50 to cover transfer fees
- Payments are processed once per month and deposited on the last business day of each month
- Payment options: Direct Deposit to your bank account using SWIFT CODE and bank account number, Pay Pal, Payoneer, and Wise
