As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers while making key decisions that impact a broad range of cross-functional partners. Your role will remain technically hands-on, involving close work with code, technical details, and data. You'll contribute to architectural planning, code reviews, and risk assessments, ensuring that our software solutions are not only innovative but also secure and reliable.Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers, making key decisions that impact cross-functional partners
- Contribute to architectural planning, code reviews, and risk assessments
- Discuss bugs and technical challenges in-depth and represent your team and technology in cross-functional meetings
- Collaborate with various teams across software, services, and AI/ML, while also engaging with external customers
- Help define requirements and objectives for cross-functional software projects
- Create a multi-year roadmap, lead the design and execution phases of software development, and oversee the work of some of the brightest engineers in the industry
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:- Strong understanding of operating systems fundamentals and mobile device support constraints
- Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects, managing partnerships while staying hands-on technically
