Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager to lead our virtual customer support and data entry initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Design and implement data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to inform business decisions

• Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive business outcomes
• Develop and manage budgets to achieve business objectives
• Oversee financial planning and reporting to ensure alignment with business goals

Essential Capabilities

* 2+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on analysis, modeling, and visualization

• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Hadoop
• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and machine learning concepts
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Capabilities

* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline

• Experience communicating at the executive level
• Experience driving cross-functional teams and leading large-scale projects
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
