Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, delivering comprehensive information about our products and services
- Managing limited inside sales activities without cold calling
- Preparing, submitting, and following up on product proposals and quotes in a timely manner
