Responsibilities
As a Sales Leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Directing the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives
- Leading and managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
- Directing sales performance in specified regions
- Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactive performance management
- Developing strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts
- Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure sensitivity to sales needs
- Leading difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments to support region growth
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven success developing and executing sales strategies that result in achieving sales goals
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing teams and driving results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives and managers

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
