Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

• Provide solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experiences
• Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize knowledge and skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare knowledge and arenaflex policies and procedures

Requirements

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
• Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
• Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to relate to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
• Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards

Work Environment and Culture

* Work from home flexibility (must meet criteria, including maintaining own internet with approved speed requirements, secure workspace free from distractions, and successful completion of the training program)
