Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for participating in various research studies, data collection activities, and online focus groups. You will work from home, using your computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks, micro tasks, and product testing. Your role will involve reading, writing, and typing, as well as using Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized.

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in research studies, data collection activities, and online focus groups

• Complete tasks, micro tasks, and product testing from the comfort of your own home
• Use your computer, laptop, or mobile device to access and complete studies
• Read, write, and type accurately, with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
• Use Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and track your progress
• Participate in webcam studies, which may require a stable internet connection and a webcam
• Conduct studies using your smartphone, as required
• Follow instructions and take direction from study administrators
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies

Requirements

* Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

• Current USA resident
• Speak, read, and understand English, with Spanish a plus for additional opportunities
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet access
• Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory
• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful but not mandatory
