What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Updating, revising, and expanding upon existing customer support documentation
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Working part-time (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday)

Who You Are

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Customer Care Agent who embodies the arenaflex product and service-first culture. You'll be:

  • A customer service professional with 3+ years of experience in different forms (phone, email, chat)
  • A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and communicating effectively through written, video, and phone calls
  • Deeply respectful of your co-workers and proactive in your outreach to those you know well and those you don't

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer service in different forms (phone, email, chat)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and communicating effectively through written, video, and phone calls
  • Deeply respectful of your co-workers and proactive in your outreach to those you know well and those you don't

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the fintech industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of financial services and products
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
