Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accurately keying applications into our database, maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity, and providing exceptional support to our customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
- Key paper applications into our database with high accuracy and speed
- Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, meeting or exceeding productivity standards
- Assist the deposit room with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
- Assist with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues, suggesting process improvements and best practices
- Work with our management team to address any issues or concerns, providing solutions and recommendations for improvement
Education and Work Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
Knowledge and Skills

- Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring data entry is accurate and complete
