What You'll Do
As a Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with collection of payments on their accounts
- Providing knowledgeable answers to customers, giving them peace of mind that issues are resolved
- Keeping in touch with your managers for tips and feedback on how to improve your performance
- Utilizing scripted customer feedback to ensure that you're always prepared with a solid response
- Maintaining accurate customer notes on a standard keyboard (no autocorrect fails here!)
Who You Are
We're looking for individuals who possess:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote work setting (retail, sales, and wait staff backgrounds have been successful in this role)
- Access to a quiet place to work from home and a reliable internet connection
- A GED or High School Diploma
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
