Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our front office operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including data entry, customer service, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Performing data entry and computer skills to accurately and efficiently process information
  • Coordinating multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Scheduling cases and invoicing customers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Scanning paperwork for electronic storage and maintaining accurate records
  • Referring technical inquiries to appropriate team members and providing support as needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Skills and Abilities Required

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and abilities:

  • Data entry and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines

Minimum Education and Experience Required

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Some billing experience required, with a focus on data entry and customer service

Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used

As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be working with the following hazardous materials and equipment:

  • Disinfectant process chemicals
  • Personal protective equipment as required
  • Office equipment, including computers and software applications

Physical Requirements

To perform the duties of this role, you'll need to be able to:

  • Regularly sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
  • Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Repeated bending and kneeling
  • Vision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail, and/or color
  • Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds

Compensation and Benefits
