Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team, where you'll play a crucial role in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. As a key member of our multicultural team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
• Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
• Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating candidates that apply to them
• Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proactivity and ability to work in a team
• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ previous work experience (is a plus)
• Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience in data entry or a related field
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
